overview
TeamFusion trains year round. The program consists of a Fall and Spring season with multiple tournaments. Off-season fitness and training occurs through winter and summer. In-season training is held 3-times a week. Try-outs will be held in June and there is no guarantee that a player who attends try-outs will be placed on the team. Our goal is to form a team that is comprised of players with similar ability. Try-outs are open to all players. The final cost for this program varies from season to season, but is expected to be in the range of $400-$500 per player per season. This cost includes everything (uniform, coaching, trainers, fields, tournaments, league fees, etc.) with the exception of travel expenses. Fusion utilizes an installment payment plan for the program.
Fusion will compete in Fall and Spring NCSL seasons. However, exposure to good competition is essential for the developing player and the NCSL schedule will be supplemented with friendly matches, soccer camps and selected Fall, Spring, and Winter tournaments which will involve periodic travel in the region. We will participate in the Virginia State Cup at U13. Interested families should consider this aspect of the program before deciding to participate.
