Asst.Coach   - Ed Beach

Ed Beach

Ed Beach - Founder & President of HPSA

Ed Beach has over 12 years of experience teaching the game of soccer. Ed has two years of collegiate coaching experience at George Mason University (2000) and Salisbury State University (1994).  Ed now spends his time running HPSA and is currently the Technical Director of the Great Falls Soccer Club (HPSA contract).  This Fall 2007 Beach guided the Great Falls '91 Crew to the U-16 Boys Virginia State Cup Championship.  As well, Ed coached the Chantilly Magic to the Spring 2003 U-19 Virginia State Cup title, and coached the Vienna Cougars to the 2003 Director’s Cup U-13 National Championship (Premier Division).  Ed played four years at George Mason University. Upon graduation, he trained with several professional teams in Germany.

 

Goalkeeper - John o'hara

John OHara

O'Hara solidified his position as one of the top GMU goalkeepers in school history when he was inducted into the 2009 Men's Soccer Hall of Fame.  After participating in the MLS Player Combine following his senior season, O'Hara moved onto the professional ranks, playing for the Sligo Rovers (Eircom League), Carolina RailHawks (USL First Division) and the Wilmington Hammerheads (USL Second Division). O'Hara most recently played with DC United of the MLS.
